These two passions have shaped the lives of Guillaume and Jennifer for many years.

From Asia to Africa, the travels that Guillaume and Jennifer have experienced in the last 10 years have greatly contributed to the fulfillment of these passions.
Before launching Cook Caravan, Guillaume worked for a spice importing company in Montreal, carrying out many diverse tasks including searching for new spice suppliers in Vietnam and Indonesia. This experience has significantly deepened his understanding of the role of spices in cooking.

Returning from these enriching experiences, after years of travel and sampling some of the best food in the world, Guillaume and Jennifer are happy to share their love and knowledge of authentic cuisines that has conquered their hearts and bellies.
